Jaeger-LeCoultre : Scented mocktails!

Verbena, juniper berries, geranium hydrosol, cold-infused apple juice, saffron-infused honey, thyme from the Vallée de Joux... so many scents and flavors to make Sun Infinity, Moon Exilir, Cosmo Blues, Valley of Wonders, Sweet Ruby... A sensory journey and a series of eight mocktails that make you want to - celebrating know-how in all its forms and exalting several senses at once - sight, touch, smell and of course , taste.

But what is a mocktail? Inspired by an English term created from the verb "mock" which means "to imitate", and which therefore translates the fact of imitating a cocktail. In France, mocktails are also called “soft cocktails”.

Why are they so trendy?

The mocktail is an opportunity to enjoy moments of conviviality without the effects of alcohol. It also helps to limit excesses. No more difficult tomorrows with mocktails, which are also more refreshing and non-dehydrating. It's the shape and the good looks guaranteed!

Based on fruits, vegetables, spices, herbs, sparkling or still water... The non-alcoholic cocktail, contrary to popular belief, is not simply a combination of fruit juices but is made like a cocktail, both for the stages of preparation and for the taste associations and the work of the scents that emerge is fundamental.

Declined under two themes "Celestial Cocktails" and "Cocktail Nature", Matthias Giroud has imagined a unique menu of non-alcoholic drinks echoing the heritage and know-how of the brand, founded in 1833. A great way to transcribe the DNA of a house into a fragrant and gastronomic experience that appeals to the greatest number by combining olfactory marketing with taste and visuals.

If the Jaeger le Coultre house distinguished itself last year by signing two cafés dedicated to its Reverso watch, cocktails currently seem to be favored by luxury houses with, among others, a dedicated bar signed Gucci in Florence and an Aperitivo Fendi in Miami. The customer experience, a matter - literally - of taste? An opening on the art of living and the wonder of diving into the universe of a brand, a place by making all our senses resonate...... At Eco.French.Lab we love to think of the scented ideas of tomorrow and to develop the mocktails of tomorrow - and thus combine the know-how of a chef, a perfumer and a visual artist to give free rein to an exceptional imagination and tend towards perfect alchemy. A booming trend that promises us new innovations!
